Antlions are the only source, which puts the underground desert on your route if you want the long food buff early. All three antlion variants down there can drop it, so any sand tunnel with steady traffic works and you do not need to hunt a specific one. There is no recipe for it, despite the game having bananas and ice cream sitting in other recipes already.

Dropping from desert enemies is probably a joke about desert and dessert being one letter apart. Eating it also throws its particles forward instead of letting them fall, which nothing else on the menu does.
