In Expert and Master worlds health regeneration barely functions unless a food buff is up, so the Well Fed line turns from a small bonus into a requirement. Only one tier runs at a time and the most recent one wins, so eating a short snack on top of a long meal throws the meal away. Golden Delight lasts longer than anything else if you can stomach farming the ingredients.

You cannot right-click a debuff off. The Nurse clears them for coins, dying clears them for free, and Expert and Master worlds stretch most enemy-inflicted durations well past normal. Damage over time effects stack rather than overwrite, so several weak ones burning at once add up to their combined damage even though only the strongest number shows on screen.
