Terraria 1.4.5.8 is the current PC build, a hotfix on top of 1.4.5.7. That update reworked every gem staff, rebuilt mana regeneration, added two secret seeds, and changed world generation enough that 1.4.5.6 and 1.4.5.8 no longer build the same world from the same seed. Console and mobile are still on 1.4.5.6 until the update clears submission.

What 1.4.5.8 changed in the game files

Patch notes describe changes; they do not list all of them. These counts come from extracting Terraria's own item, NPC and recipe tables from 1.4.5.6 and 1.4.5.8 and comparing the two, so nothing depends on the notes being complete.

The seed map builds 1.4.5.6 worlds, which is what console and mobile still run
