Bottled Honey

It heals less than a proper potion while sharing the same sickness timer, so during a fight it is strictly worse than anything you brewed. Where it earns space is as a free stopgap. Honey costs nothing once you have found a hive, and bottling it is the cheapest way to keep emergency healing on a fresh character.

Put it on your Quick Buff hotkey and it behaves differently. Rather than healing you, it just hands over the honey regeneration and skips the sickness completely, so you can top that up as often as you like before a fight starts. It only works while you are not already sick, so do it before you touch a healing potion, not after.

Queen Bee drops some, but the hive itself is the real source. Wall off a corner of a honey pool, or ferry it home with buckets, and you have a supply that never competes with your potion ingredients.
