It only comes off the Twins in Master Mode, so anyone playing a lower difficulty has no route to it. If you want the pet, plan on summoning that fight several times in a Master world, because the first kill rarely hands it over.
what follows you around
You get two floaters instead of one, small copies of both mechanical eyes as they look before transforming. They stay in that form permanently, so there is no second phase surprise, and they sit noticeably smaller than the Suspicious Eye pet.

- Rez and Spaz are just clipped forms of Retinazer and Spazmatism.
- Only one other pet item spawns a pair of companions like this, and that one has to be crafted.
