There is no recipe and nothing drops it. You hold a bottle of the discount soda, talk to the Dryad, and take the purify option she only offers while it is in your hand. She handles the rest and the item lands on the ground in front of you.

The little forest spirit walks after you like any other pet, then spins the leaf on its head into a rotor when it needs to catch up in the air. It does nothing in a fight and it gives off no light. It is there because it is charming.

If you have a stack of the soda sitting in a chest, converting it first is worth the walk. Each pet item is worth far more than the drink it came from, and the conversion costs nothing.

The whole exchange is a Stardew Valley reference. In that game the forest spirits rebuild the town center and the corporate soda brand is the thing working against them, so handing a bottle to the nature goddess and getting a spirit back is the punchline. Over there the fruit is rare and strictly limited. Here you can make as many as you have bottles.
