Master Mode only, and only from Betsy, which means running the last tier of the Old One's Army after Golem. You have every reason to repeat that fight for the weapons anyway, so the egg is an extra roll on a farm you were already doing rather than a trip of its own.

• The pet is named after the nursery rhyme about the spider and the water spout. Itsy bitsy just means tiny, which is the other half of the joke.
• Itsy Betsy came from Dungeon Defenders 2, the game the entire Old One's Army event is a crossover with.
• The item sprite is the dragon egg repainted red.
