Cooked Shrimp

Ocean fishing turns up shrimp often enough that this is one of the cheapest routes to the middle food buff tier, and the cooking pot step costs nothing but a moment at the station. The duration covers a full boss attempt with room to spare, so eat one while you are walking to the arena instead of fumbling for it mid-fight. There is no reason to sell raw shrimp while you still own a pot. The tooltip is a nod to the shrimp list from Forrest Gump.
