A shrunken Brain of Cthulhu sealed in a jar, scuttling along behind you. It is one of the better early pets precisely because it is unpleasant to look at rather than cute, and nothing else on offer suits a crimson themed base half as well.
getting one
Master Mode only. The Brain is cheap to resummon and folds fast once you have any gear on, so this is among the easiest Master Mode pets in the game to farm. If you want it, do the fight a handful of extra times while you are still there, not on a special trip later.
