Food comes in tiers, and this one is at the top, so it beats anything you can cook out of ordinary ingredients. There is no recipe for it. It only falls off the glowing enemies and chaos elementals of the underground hallow, which means the only way to build a stack is to keep killing in a biome you were probably already farming. Save them for boss attempts rather than eating one before every cave trip, since a weaker food covers the walking around fine.

- Apples exist in the game and have nothing to do with it. No recipe connects the two.
