Sashimi

Every other cooked dish wants a proper kitchen. This one does not, which makes it the only real food you can produce in the field. Reel something in, stand at a work bench, walk off with the strong buff tier. On a fresh character that is a large head start, because the same tier otherwise waits until you have built and placed a cooking pot.

Worth doing on any fishing trip. You are already pulling fish out for quests and crates, so the ones with no other use become buff food instead of vendor trash. The duration is shorter than most dishes in its tier, so make a few rather than one.
