Tuna piles up on its own. Fish the ocean for crates or a quest catch and you end up with a stack of them without ever aiming for one. Cooking is the sensible use: it turns a throwaway catch into a food buff, and that buff is worth having for any long fight or building session.

Selling them is pocket change, so cook the stack, keep a few on hand for the next boss attempt, and stop hauling the rest around.
