Eye Bone

Chester is a pet that trails after you and opens up like a bank, which makes him the good version of the Money Trough. He sits in the pet slot instead of eating inventory space, he never needs re-summoning, and he follows you into boss arenas and dungeon runs without being asked. Once you have him, quick-stacking to nearby chests turns into a one-button way to dump junk in the middle of an expedition.

Run him alongside a Void Bag and you are carrying three separate inventories at once, which is about as much capacity as the game will give you. The one real annoyance is on controller. Chester hovers close enough that the activate button keeps opening him, and on the default layout that is the same button as your grappling hook.

Both the tooltip and Chester's buff text are lifted from character lines in Don't Starve, which is also where Deerclops came from. The way he trundles along behind you owes a fair bit to the Luggage from Discworld as well.
