This one is narrow. It only comes from the Underworld and the band of world sitting just above it, and only from enemies that would have dropped coins, which rules out statue farms completely. Then Hardmode shuts the window for good, because the roll is replaced by the Hel-Fire. If you want it, get it before you smash an altar.

It is the strongest yoyo available before Hardmode and one of the better weapons of the whole post-Skeletron stretch. Long reach, good hang time, and a chance to set things alight on contact. The burn is brief, but a yoyo hits over and over, so it gets reapplied constantly through any sustained fight.

It also glows while deployed, and the embers cover enough ground that you can genuinely explore with it out instead of holding a torch. Having a weapon in front of you and a light source at the same time is worth more in the Underworld than the damage figure suggests.
