This comes off the flying skulls in the dungeon, so if you are farming that area for anything else it accumulates on its own. The effect sits a step above the basic well fed state, which puts it ahead of most early cooking and behind the large plated meals a fully stocked kitchen can produce.
how to use it
Do not drink it while wandering around. The duration is generous but finite, and the point of a food buff is having it active when something is genuinely trying to kill you. Keep a stack in a chest beside your arena and use one on the way out the door.
