Golden Lock Box

A world only generates so many locked gold chests in the Dungeon, and the weapon you wanted may simply not be in yours. This is the fix. Each box is one more roll on that same table, and unlike the chests it keeps coming as long as you keep fishing.

Dungeon enemies hand out golden keys freely and the slimes down there are especially generous, so by the time the building is cleared you are sitting on more keys than there were chests. Those leftovers are exactly what these boxes are for.

Standing still with a rod invites the entire building to come and find you. Smash the Water Candles near your spot, put Peace Candles in their place, drink something calming, and wall yourself in. Bricks will not save you from a Dark Caster shooting through them, so bring minions or a weapon that ignores your own walls.

Neither these boxes nor the crates that contain them will ever give you the Bone Welder, so if that is what you are missing you are back to hunting chests the slow way.
