The Skeleton Merchant carries it, but not every night. His stock rotates with the moon, so if he does not have it, note where you found him and come back a few nights later. Buying a weapon of this class outright is unusual at that point in a run, where everything comparable is a drop you have to farm for.

The spin lasts much longer than the yoyos you find around the same time, which means less throwing and re-throwing and more time holding the blades inside something. Pair it with the longest string you can get and a counterweight, because a yoyo that cannot reach past your own hitbox is doing nothing. It is average against a crowd and holds up well against a single target that stays put.

It is a real yoyo model from a real manufacturer, named after their sponsored player, and the symbol at the bottom of the tooltip is that company's logo rather than a game icon.
