Meat Grinder

On its own the grinder does almost nothing useful. It converts raw material into flesh and lesion blocks and stops there. Those blocks only become furniture at a second station, the Decay Chamber on the corrupt side or the Flesh Cloning Vat on the crimson one, so owning the grinder alone leaves you with a pile of building blocks and no theme set. Plan on getting all three or it sits in a chest.

The drop comes off ordinary evil biome enemies rather than a boss, which means there is no schedule to it. Most players end up with one by accident during normal hardmode play. If you want to force it, a spawn farm in the corruption or crimson with a water candle and a battle potion running will produce far more kills per hour than clearing tunnels by hand.
