Mirage Dye

Every other dye repaints the thing you put it on. This one leaves the original colors alone and makes the sprite ripple, the same watery distortion Shimmer has. That makes it the dye to use on a set whose look you already like, since nothing gets recolored, it just wobbles.

It comes from the Dye Trader in trade for a strange plant, so it competes with every other rare dye for the same slow supply. Run it while a Void Monolith is active and the two distortions stack into a heavier rippling effect across the screen.
