Moonglow Seeds

Moonglow only opens at night, and it has to be open when you cut it or you get the plant back and no seeds at all. Wait for the blue glow, then swing. Running a Staff of Regrowth over wild fully grown plants pulls seeds as well and beats replanting rows by hand.

Jungle grass is its natural bed, but clay pots and planter boxes work anywhere, so you can keep a night herb row against the wall of your base instead of hiking out to the Jungle for every batch. The blooming rule still applies wherever you plant it, so a farm you only ever walk past in daylight will never pay you back.
