Reflective Silver Dye

Silver reads as polished steel, so it sits on top of an existing armor sprite without arguing with its colors. If you want the shine but do not want the dye to become the costume, this is the one to reach for. It is also the least likely to clash across a mixed set.

The highlight follows the light sources near you and strengthens as you get closer to one, so the same set looks dull in an unlit cave and sharp in a lit arena. Outside, the sun takes priority over your torches and the finish settles into something consistent.

Strange plants handed to the Dye Trader pay out at random. Nobody sets out to get this specific dye. What you can control is saving enough plants that the reflective ones eventually show up, and dyeing a full set at once so the effect actually registers.
