who can drop it

Any kill in the jungle can roll it, surface or underground, and the temple counts too. The catch is that the roll is tied to money: an enemy that drops no coins cannot drop the yoyo. Statue spawns never pay out coins, so a statue farm will run all night and give you nothing. Build around natural spawns instead, keep the surface jungle clear so the spawn cap stays busy, and expect this to take a while. The same restriction applies to the Amarok and the Kraken, so one good jungle farm is fishing for several throws at once.

where it sits

It arrives in the window right after your first mechanical kill, which is exactly when yoyo players are stuck between the early throws and the ones locked behind Plantera. Reach and stay time are the reason to use it, not raw hitting power. Pair it with a counterweight and a string upgrade before you judge it, since a bare yoyo at this stage feels much worse than a kitted one.

the name

It borrows the name of a real throw made by One Drop, whose logo is the mark printed at the bottom of the tooltip. The company picked it because a Russian town of that name sits at coordinates matching the diameter and width of the yoyo. The sprite is wrapped in vines to tie it to the biome it comes from.
