Corrupt Bunny

Nothing spawns this directly. It is an ordinary bunny that has been turned, either by a blood moon catching one in a corruption world or by you throwing Vile Powder at it. The supply is really a supply of bunnies, and every rabbit you find is one dust cloud away from being an enemy.

You do not need to wait on a blood moon. A Bunny Statue on a wired timer plus a stack of powder converts them on demand, which is the practical route to the Bunny Hood. Statue spawns cost you the coins, but the hood and the banner still come through.

• It turns up during blood moons but is not one of the enemies that can hand you a Bloody Tear, so it is no help if you want the next one on your own schedule.
• The world creation screen uses its face as the icon for expert mode, which is a fair warning about what expert does to otherwise harmless things.
