Frankenstein

There is no summoning item and no biome that produces one. It appears only while a solar eclipse runs in a hardmode world, and it is common in that wave rather than rare, so one eclipse throws plenty at you. When the day ends, so does your chance of seeing one.

It walks at you. That is the moveset. No projectile, no leap, no trick, just a zombie with much better numbers and a quicker stride than its bulk suggests. One alone is a non-event. The danger is that it arrives while you watch the sky, and the ground crowd piles up around your feet unnoticed. A platform a few tiles off the surface takes it, and most of the rest of the walking wave, out of the fight.

• It used to drop a Broken Hero Sword and no longer does, so advice pointing you here for Terra Blade parts is years out of date.
• The eclipse roster is built out of old horror films, and this one is the 1931 picture. The name belonged to the scientist, not the creature, a mix-up much older than the game.
