Goblin Thief

Thieves only arrive with a goblin invasion. They are a regular part of the mix rather than a rare sight, so plan on several per wave.

It is the fast one. Same basic behavior as the rest of the melee goblins, but it covers ground quicker and jumps considerably higher, so the ledge or moat that reliably stalls a warrior will not stall this. It destroys doors rather than opening them, and it gets through tall gates faster than anything else in the event. If your housing sits near where the army lands, build the entrance out of blocks and a platform on an actuator instead of trusting a door to hold.

It takes nothing off you. In Expert worlds it will pick up coins lying loose on the ground, which only becomes a problem after you have already died and left your money in the dirt, since it walks away with it. The tinkerer has a running joke about how bad they are at the job.
