how it drops
Like the other developer outfits, this one only appears inside Treasure Bags, so you need a world running Expert or Master. Any Hardmode boss bag can produce it, with the one Queen Slime leaves behind as the single exception. All three pieces come at once, so there is never a partial set to chase.
what it does when worn
Drop the full outfit into the social slots and your character picks up a soft glow along with a trail of after images while moving, the same pair of effects Spooky armor and Ninja armor give off. Both are appearance only. Nothing about your defense or damage changes, and whatever real gear you have equipped keeps working underneath.
the missing wings
This is the odd one out among the developer sets. The others bundle in a matching pair of wings that actually functions, and AaronC's does not. Three cosmetic pieces, nothing else in the box. If you were hoping one bag would hand you the developer look and a movement item together, this is the wrong set to pull.
trivia
The breastplate holds a small distinction: sorted by internal name, it comes first out of every item in the game.
