Both parts come out of Goodie Bags, the Halloween drop that any enemy can produce while the event is live in your world. Outside that window the outfit has no source at all, so it is a seasonal target unless the clock on the machine you play on says otherwise.

A bag rolls one item off a long list, and the mask and the dress roll separately. Plan on opening a heap of them before both turn up.

The dress handles the legs by itself, so this is a two piece outfit with nothing left to match. Neither part gives defense and both sit in the social slots.

It copies the towering streaked hair and wrapped gown from the 1935 horror film it takes its name from, which makes it one of the few costumes that reads instantly to anyone watching.
