Celestial Shell
Turns the holder into a werewolf at night Turns the holder into a merfolk when entering water Minor increase to damage, melee speed, critical strike chance, life regeneration, defense, mining speed, and minion knockback
How to craft it
one slot instead of four
The point is compression. Everything its two component accessories do individually happens at once out of a single slot, and none of it stacks with the parts, so the moment you craft this the components become sell fodder. At the stage you get it, that is close to a free accessory slot, which is worth more than the stats themselves.
the transformations
You become a werewolf at night and a merfolk in water whether or not you asked, and both forms carry their own stat changes on top. Hiding the accessory removes the look and keeps every bonus. Dyeing the transformed sprite works oddly: the dye goes in the armor dye slots, head, body and legs separately, not the one beside the accessory.
how it compares
Set against a pure damage accessory like the Avenger Emblem it gives up a little damage and hands back critical strike chance, defense, regeneration, mining speed and a light source. Every class wants one. If you are stacking emblems chasing a damage number, keep the emblems, but for anything you actually play through, the shell is the better slot.
