How to craft it
bounces that aim themselves
The interesting part is what happens after a miss. The arrow leaves the surface heading back the way it came, then bends toward the closest enemy, and it will keep doing that a few times before it expires. Shots that would have buried themselves in the dirt get a second and third look at your target.
why it loves inaccurate bows
This is the ammo that converts a sloppy multishot bow into something that hits. Raining arrows down from overhead with the Daedalus Stormbow is the pairing everyone lands on, because most of those arrows were going to hit the ground harmlessly, and instead they kick off the floor and go hunting. Small targets that are hard to click on suddenly stop mattering.
when it falls apart
A bounced arrow lands softer than a clean hit, so against one big target that you cannot miss anyway, plainer ammo does more. The redirect is also slow to swing around, so anything fast in the air outruns it and the arrows chase empty space. Save these for ground enemies and slow fliers.
