Snatchers, Man Eaters and Angry Trappers all have a small chance to leave one, so it piles up on its own while you are clearing the Jungle for other reasons. Bone Lee in the Dungeon drops it far more often, which is the quick way to build a stack if you actually want the buff on hand rather than eating them as they appear.
the joke
The tooltip is the opening line of Simon and Garfunkel's Sound of Silence. The drop sources finish the gag: real coffee comes from the seeds of a tropical plant, which is why the Jungle's plant enemies are the ones carrying it, and Bone Lee moves fast enough to look properly caffeinated.
