Confetti Gun

No damage, no debuff, no utility. Pulling the trigger throws a burst of paper into the air and the item is gone. It is a party popper with a price tag, and the only reason to carry one is to set it off when something worth celebrating happens.

The game files it under ranged weapons, which means armor that sometimes saves you a bullet will sometimes save you a confetti gun too. Quiver and ammo box style gear does not apply, only the armor bonus. Useless in practice, funny in principle.

• It was added as the thousandth item in the game, which is the entire reason it exists.
• The falling paper is not a projectile. It is gore, reused so the effect would not eat projectile slots.
• The crafting material named Confetti has nothing to do with it.
