Confetti Wall

Almost every background wall in the game is a still image. This one has paper falling behind it forever, and it is see through the way Glass Wall is, so whatever sits behind it shows through the animation. That combination is the whole reason to use it, usually on a party room or the front of an arcade.

If the transparency is a problem, the Midnight Confetti Wall is the same falling paper on a solid backing. Use that one when the wall has to actually hide something, like the back of a room cut into stone.
