Goodie Bags are the only source, and they only fall while the Halloween season is running, so this is a set you collect inside a window rather than whenever you feel like it. Each bag rolls on its own, so the approach is volume: let ordinary night spawns pile bags up during the event and open them in batches.

• Male and female characters get the identical sprite, which is unusual for vanity in this game.
• Creeper Pants put more than two visible legs on your character. Only the Moon Lord leg piece does the same thing.
• The outfit has arms even though the creature it copies famously has none, because the game needs them to animate you swinging or firing anything.

This is a straight crossover with Minecraft rather than a sly nod, and the creator of that game signed off on it. The face is about the most recognizable thing in Minecraft, so it lands even with people who have never played it.
