Escargot

This is a mid tier food, above the plain cooking that only gets you Well Fed and below the top rung. What you are paying for is the regeneration and the small lift across every stat, which is worth having in the ten minutes before a boss and close to pointless while you are wandering.

There is no reason to hoard them. Eating any food replaces whatever buff is already running, tier included, so a careless snack can throw away a better timer. Keep one or two in the hotbar for the walk into a fight and leave the rest in a chest.

Escargot is French for snail, and the dish is exactly that. The tooltip pun only works because the final letter is silent, which turns the word into a short sentence about a car.
