The Clothier only carries this while he is standing in a graveyard, and a graveyard is something you build. Cluster enough tombstones in one area near his house and the biome takes hold, gray sky and all, and his shop switches over to the funeral wardrobe. Your own deaths are the fastest source of graves, though stones collected elsewhere do the job just as well. Get the shopping done in one visit and then take the tombstones back up, since keeping the biome around your town raises enemy spawns there for good.

Two pieces, a hat and a coat, with nothing for the legs, so you are finishing it yourself with whatever pants suit. Both sit in the social slots and leave your real armor working underneath. Set against the neater Funeral set on the same shop list, this is the rougher option: it reads as the person who dug the plot rather than the one attending. That makes it a good base for a caretaker or a monster hunter look, and the wide hat carries the outfit even without the coat.
