Hallowed Repeater

This is the bow you build the moment your first mechanical boss goes down, and it holds its slot until Chlorophyte. One arrow per shot, no spread, so it is the precise option: good on single targets, good on small fast enemies, and good when you are shooting down a corridor rather than across an arena.

The Daedalus Stormbow throws out far bigger numbers, but it rains arrows down from above and needs open sky to work, so it collapses underground and struggles against anything small. Keep the repeater for cave work and for fights in tight arenas. Once Chlorophyte is available the Shotbow fires several arrows per press and takes over outright. Holy Arrows are the natural pairing for the whole stretch this weapon covers.
