Hive Wall

The walls lining a natural hive still let things spawn, and hornets in particular will pop out on any floor that has one of them overhead. Mine them out and put the same wall back down yourself and it stops allowing spawns, which is the standard move for turning a hive into a usable base or a controlled honey farm.

Hive blocks refuse to go down without a dedicated wand, but the wall places straight from your inventory like any other. That makes it the easy way to get the hive look into a build if you never found the wand, and it pairs well with honey for a room that reads as jungle without importing mud.
