Jungle Turtle

A harmless critter that hangs around water on the jungle surface, slow enough on land that you can walk straight up and net it. Once you have it, the only real use is the cage, which is animated furniture for a jungle themed room.

The Turtle Statue will produce them, but anything a statue spawns cannot be netted. Swing at one and it puffs into smoke instead. If you want a cage you have to find a natural spawn.

Caging is a one way trip under normal circumstances. Shimmer will break the cage back down into a live turtle if you change your mind about the decoration.

This and the plain forest version are both tortoises rather than turtles, which is a distinction the game happily ignores.
