How to craft it
what it is for
This is how a build reacts to the clock without you standing there. It fires when the world flips over to daytime, which is the cue for shutting off lamps, opening shutters, retracting a defensive wall, or resetting a farm at the top of a cycle. You get the one transition, not a signal that stays on all day, so anything that needs both edges wants the Logic Sensor (Night) wired alongside it.
wiring it
Treat the pulse like any other signal on the line: everything attached toggles, whatever state it was in. That is fine for a lamp bank and awkward for a door that someone may have opened by hand, so wire it to devices whose position you control and not into a chain that can drift out of step by nightfall.
The rest of the family covers other triggers, including liquid contact and the Player Above sensor, which is the multiplayer-friendly replacement for a pressure plate under a doorway.
