It behaves like an ordinary Boulder except it keeps rolling longer, and where it finally breaks it leaves a mess of poo blocks behind. Getting clipped while it is moving poisons you and sticks you with the stinky debuff for a good while. Standing on one that has already stopped is much gentler, just a brief dose of the smell.
Stinky is the part worth respecting. It pulls enemy attention onto you, so eating one of these on the way into a fight is worse than the contact damage suggests. Clear the debuff before you engage anything serious.
where you meet it
It only generates in a few of the joke world types, so most saves never contain a single one. In those worlds the extra roll distance means it can follow you further down a tunnel than a normal boulder would.
