There is no recipe here. The pieces come out of Goodie Bags, and enemies only drop those while Halloween is running, so the whole set is locked to that window unless you force the season on. Opening bags in bulk is the only method. Since more kills means more bags, a Blood Moon or any busy night of ordinary spawns is worth more than any targeted hunt.

Do not confuse this with Pumpkin armor, which you build at a workbench and actually wear for defense. The costume cannot be crafted at all and gives nothing but the look, so it goes in the social slots. The male and female sprites are identical, unusual for a full outfit, so it reads the same way on any character you dress in it.
