Sakura Sapling

This grows an ordinary tree in a pink coat. Same wood, same spacing rules, same shaking behavior, no gameplay effect whatsoever. The only reason to plant one is that you want the color standing in front of your house.

Getting them means doing bestiary work first, since the Zoologist only puts them on the shelf once you have filled out a decent share of it. That is less a gate than a milestone you pass while playing normally.

Shimmer flips it into the Yellow Willow Sapling and back again, so you can change your mind about the color of a grove without going shopping twice.
