Santa Claus is the only vendor, and two gates sit in front of him. The Frost Legion has to be beaten, and that fight is started with a Snow Globe pulled out of seasonal Presents. Santa himself only moves in during the Christmas window, then packs up when it closes.

Both gates lean on the same season, so the order matters. Open Presents early in the window, use the globe as soon as you have one, and buy the hat, shirt and pants while he is still around. Leave it to the last days and you lose the seller before you have the money.

Every piece is a social slot item, so the red suit covers armor without weakening it. Because it is bought rather than dropped, one player with gold can dress an entire server in a single trip, which is more than the Halloween sets allow.
