This sits on the middle rung of the food ladder, well above a plain Well Fed and below the top tier. The stat spread is generous enough that keeping it running permanently is a reasonable habit once you can make them in batches.

The long timer is the real draw. Eat one before you summon and it will comfortably outlast the fight, a death, and the walk back to the arena, which is not true of the shorter foods. Eat at the arena rather than at home so you are not burning half of it on travel.

Everything that goes into it is fished, and one of the ingredients only comes out of lava, which means lava fishing gear before you can cook a single one. It is food for players who already fish, not something you assemble on the way to a boss. When you do sit down to make them, make a pile.
