Silver Brick

Placed blocks keep a faint sparkle from the ore they were made of. It reads nicely as trim, floor inlay or an accent band, and it gets noisy fast across a large flat face. Use it to break up plainer stone rather than as the main surface of a build, and remember the glitter fights with any strong lighting you put nearby.

Spending ore on decoration is a midgame decision, not a first-week one. Once silver has stopped mattering to your gear the sparkle is basically free. Leftovers cannot be sold at all, so surplus is pure clutter.

The inventory icon is close enough to an Actuator that people grab the wrong stack while building. The Actuator has a small yellow square in the center; the brick does not.
