Spaghetti

This is the strongest food buff in the game and the trade is the clock. Eight minutes is enough for a boss fight or one wave of an event, not for an afternoon of building. Drink your potions, eat this last, then summon. Using it while you are mining is throwing away the best food bonus you have access to.

Granite caves are the place to farm it. Both of the granite enemies drop it and they come at you constantly once you are inside one, so a single trip with decent gear leaves you with a working supply. Statue-spawned golems give you nothing, which is the standard rule for food and the reason a statue farm will not work here.

The tooltip is an al dente joke, the term for pasta cooked firm rather than soft.
