Spectre Paintbrush

Painting is slow because of repositioning, not because of the brush itself. Extra reach means fewer hops along a wall and less hovering to line up the next patch. Across a house-sized build that adds up. On a single sign it changes nothing, so this is an upgrade for people who paint whole structures.

The brush handles blocks and the Paint Roller handles background walls. Upgrading only one leaves you switching between two different reaches partway through a job, which is more annoying than either tool alone.

It cannot take modifiers at all, so there is nothing to chase after you craft it. What comes off the anvil is the final version.
