Tax Collector's Hat

The Clothier will not list this until the Tax Collector lives in your world, which is a Hardmode errand with nothing to do with clothes: find a Tortured Soul down in the Underworld and hit it with Purification Powder to convert it. Once he has moved in, the stock stays available.

Hat, suit and pants, all cosmetic, all for the social slots. The cape is built into the suit rather than being a separate accessory, so you cannot wear the jacket without it and you cannot wear the cape without the jacket.

The hat used to hide your hair completely and now shows it underneath, which changes how the top half reads if you built a character around a particular hairstyle. Older screenshots of the set will not match what you get today.
