Throne

It fills the seating requirement for a house, so you can furnish a room without a single ordinary chair in it. You can also sit in it yourself, and sitting anywhere at all gives a small fishing power bump, which makes a throne parked at the end of a pier a slightly ridiculous but genuinely useful piece of equipment.

Two quirks to know before you plan a room around it. It always comes out gold no matter which metal you built it from, so there is no pale version to match a platinum build. And townsfolk will not use it, so the throne room you built for an NPC leaves them standing beside the chair rather than sitting in it.
