Both halves of this outfit come off a single enemy. The Bride hands over the veil and the dress together rather than rolling for each one, so one kill finishes the whole thing. The problem is meeting her at all. She is a rare surface spawn during a Blood Moon, which is how most people run into her by accident while defending a base at night.
If you would rather not wait on the moon, build a Graveyard. Pile enough tombstones into one spot and the biome flips, and she can turn up there under normal conditions. A grave cluster beside a safe platform is the closest thing to a farm for her.
wearing it
None of it helps in a fight. Both parts go in the social slots for looks alone, so you can wear them over whatever armor you are actually relying on. The tooltips nod to the wheezing clergyman who officiates the wedding in The Princess Bride, back in 1987.
